When using this API in an IBM SmartCloud

You can use this method to add members to subcommunities as well as communities with the following limitations:
- You can only add people who are members of the parent community.
- Anyone who is listed as an owner of the parent community is automatically an owner of the subcommunity; you cannot remove nor limit the privileges of a subcommunity owner.

Provide a member Atom entry document.
The content type of the Atom entry document must be application/atom+xml
