Before you begin
To use administrative commands, you must use the wsadmin client. See Starting the wsadmin client
for information about how to start the wsadmin command-line tool.
About this task
When you first open the Home page, the Getting Started view is displayed by default. Users can select a check box in the Getting Started view to prevent it from being displayed each time they log in. However, you can use an administrative command to force it to be the default view for all users or for a subset of users. You might want to set this view as the default if, for example, you added an important enterprise-wide message to the page that you want people to read.
