IBM Connections Content Manager does not remove libraries from FileNet P8 server when the library is deleted from IBM Connections Community application. An administrator must login to the IBM Content Platform Engine and remove the libraries manually. A sample scenario is explained here.
Login to the IBM Connections server and create a Community called "
Add a Library widget to the above Community application. A similar window is displayed to the user.
Login to the IBM Content Platform Engine as FileNet Administrator and validate the XYZCommunity library exists on the FileNet P8 Content Engine. A similar window is displayed.
Delete the XYZCommunity from IBM Connections server.
Accept the terms and enter the value for Community name and User name. Click
XYZCommunity is deleted from IBM Connections server.
Login to the IBM Content Platform Engine as an Administrator and remove the XYZCommunity from the content repository.
Right click the
library and click
Edit the article to add or modify attachments.
