Examine the data files collected by the IBM® Support Assistant. Learn how these files are used in the product and how they can assist in resolving Lotus® Expeditor client issues.
After collecting the ISA data by running the graphical ISA tool or the standalone collector, Lotus Expeditor creates a zip file that contains a collection of files that are critical to the problem determination process. Several log files are included in the data collection zip file. These log files address two distinct requirements: providing a record of how the tool was used to collect data and providing detailed information for diagnosing problems with the Data Collector tool itself.
