In order to troubleshoot some problems, IBM Service may request you to provide diagnostic information from the micro broker.
This can be accessed using the getTrace()
API, which is available for both Local and remote brokers, and which provides a reference to a trace object. Once a trace object reference has been obtained, it can be used to make various method calls to get diagnostic data. One important point to appreciate is that the diagnostic information retrieved using this technique is a snapshot in time, so it may be advisable to take these snapshots at regular intervals while the problem is occurring.
