One of the interesting aspects of this Notes® view container is the way the values are published when more than one document is selected.
The idea is to emulate the copy/paste functionality of a spreadsheet. This means, if multiple documents are selected, you can publish the values with carriage return line feeds to separate each property from each document. This can be taken one step further by supporting properties with multiple values in them (when a list is returned for a single property). These values are published with a ‘\t’ or the tab character. This makes it very easy to take the values from the selections and place them in a table on the target end. For more details, consult the publish()
