||Ben Fletcher is a software
engineer in the Lotus Expeditor team with his primary role in the micro
broker development in Hursley. He has previous roles in WebSphere Message
Broker, WebSphere MQ, and CICS.
||Martin Gale is an IBM Certified
IT Specialist and Master Inventor who works in the IBM Hursley Software
Lab Services team. He works with IBM's customers to develop solutions that
extend the reach of enterprise SOA using leading edge IBM Software products
like the micro broker and IBM's Web 2.0 products and technologies. He was
previously the Development Lead for the first two releases of the micro
broker and has worked on many of the first customer deployments of the
technology including the "Store Expeditor" solution which was
recently announced in product form as the Lotus Expeditor integrator product.
||Enrique Gil Garcia is a software
engineer in the Pervasive & Advanced Messaging Technologies group in
IBM Hursley labs (UK). He works on the development of micro broker, the
pervasive messaging component of IBM Lotus Expeditor. Recently, he has
developed the Security features incorporated to micro broker. Prior to
his current role, he worked as a speech engineer in the research and development
of automatic speech recognizers for IBM Embedded ViaVoice. You can contact

||Sujith Job Leads the Lotus Expeditor
Level 3 team in IBM India Software Labs. In his current role, he works
on Eclipse, Java and WebSphere Portal and Lotus Expeditor Server. His team
handles all the customer reported issues and contributes to the new releases
of Expeditor product. His team also works with customers to create innovative
applications using Expeditor framework to solve real-life business problems.
He has developed solutions with Expeditor as an Integration Platform. Prior
to this role, he has worked as a Eclipse,Java developer / tester in Lotus
Component Designer team.
||Gerald Kallas is working as Software
IT Architect in retail space for national and international clients. He
has executed a large number of successful projects in business integration
area for retail customers. Last year he lead the design of a solution called
"Store Expeditor", based on requirements of a large retail enterprise.
This solution has become today's Lotus Expeditor integrator, an IBM Software
Group product that's especially designed for lightweight integration at
||Vijay Raj K is associated with
IBM India Software Labs - Bangalore, from year 2003 as Senior Software
Engineer. He started his career as J2EE application developer and currently
leading world wide Level 3 support operations for IBM pervasive messaging
products like Lotus Expeditor micro broker and WebSphere MQ Everyplace.

||Neeraj Krishna is a Staff software
engineer working at the Software Labs in India. He works on development
and Level 3 support of micro broker component of Lotus Expeditor. He also
works on the Level 3 support of WebSphere MQ everyplace. His focuses is
on the integration of micro broker (and related technologies like MQTT
and JMS) with the enterprise messaging technologies like WebSphere MQ.

||Gill Woodcock is a Senior IT
Specialist currently working as a Software Group Services Consultant at
IBM Hursley Park in the UK. She has worked with many mobile and embedded
technologies from pervasive devices to the large server infrastructures
required to support them. She designs and implements solutions for customers
based on the Lotus Expeditor product and related technologies, with a recent
focus on the Microbroker messaging component and its integration with SOA
and ESB architectures. |

||Jennifer Heins is the
senior information architect and strategist for the Lotus and WebSphere®
Portal family of products. She is currently driving innovation in how IBM
plans, develops, and delivers technical information. Some specific goals
include planning a broad spectrum of technical content deliverables for
various audiences and skill levels, enabling customers, partners, and IBM
to collaborate and interact with information, and fostering a knowledge
sharing culture inside and outside of IBM through wikis and other technology.
She also works closely with IBM and SWG groups to contribute to standards
and guidelines used across IBM for technical information. Jennifer has
been at IBM for 10 years working first in the WebSphere software brand
and then moved to pervasive technology, which evolved into the current

||Bart Jacob is a Senior Consulting
IT Specialist at IBM® Corp - International Technical Support Organization,
Austin Center. He has over 25 years of experience providing technical support
across a variety of IBM products and technologies, including communications,
object-oriented software development, and systems management. He joined
the ITSO in 1989, where he has been writing IBM Redbooks® publications
and creating and teaching workshops around the world on a variety of topics.
He holds a Masters degree in Numerical Analysis from Syracuse University.

||Dirk Stueven is Senior Certified
Architect for Application Integration and has spent most of his 20 years
of IT experience in the area of innvovative technologies and projects.
Currently he is working as a Software IT Architect in retail. He has come
from the former Digital Media and Retail EBO's and gained a lot of
experience on leading edge retail industry topics there. His current project
is the design and architecture of a software for Self Checkout devices
for a worldwide retail customer. One of the important pieces of the solution
design is the Lotus Expeditor integrator containing micro broker, where
Dirk has become an early adopter for.
||Art Whorley is a Certified Consulting
IT Specialist in the Lotus Software organization specializing in technical
sales support for Enterprise Access and Client Technology solutions. Art
holds a BS degree in Electrical Engineering Technology. Art’s career spans
32 years including 29 years in technical sales support with IBM. His experience
includes voice communications and networking, call centers, computer telephony
integration, bandwidth management, and wireless and mobile solutions. Art
has been an IT Specialist in Enterprise Access the last 7 years and is
currently the Americas Subject Matter Expert for Lotus Mobile Connect on
SWAN. He is also a charter member of the Advisory Board for the Enterprise
Access Competency Council and is actively involved in mentoring other IBM
sales and technical teams, as well as business partners.|
