Lotus® Expeditor provides a simple and automated process for deploying Client Services applications to a Portal Server, allowing application developers to register their client side UI components in each project on the Portal server and create placeholders for the applications that can be used by the Portal application developer to build server side applications.
The Lotus Expeditor runtime platform provides a Rich Client Platform (RCP) that serves as a universal managed client for WebSphere® Portal. This allows Portal based application providers to extend their applications and provision them to a RCP client environment.
This functionality only supports the deployment and registration of application components that contribute a view part to the Expeditor platform. As a result, the support is limited to:
