If you are experiencing synchronization problems and cannot determine the cause of the problem, collect diagnostic data that either you or IBM® Support can use to diagnose and resolve the problem.

If you are using Microsoft® Windows®, view the log and trace files in WordPad. Non-English characters in the log files might not display correctly if you view them from the command prompt.
To change the directory to which DB2 Everyplace stores its log files, edit the DSYGdflt.properties
file, which is located in the <DSYPATH>\\Server\\properties\\com\\ibm\\mobileservices
directory. Set the Trace.Path
property to the directory to which you want the log files to be stored. Use "\\" to denote subdirectories.
To store the log files in the C:\\log\\DB2e
directory, enter the following value for the Trace.Path
