One of the interesting aspects of this Lotus Notes
® view container is the way that the values are published when more than one document is selected.
The idea is to emulate the copy/paste functionality of a spreadsheet. This idea means that if multiple documents are selected, you can publish the values with carriage return line feeds to separate each property from each document. This approach can be taken one step further by supporting properties with multiple values in them (when a list is returned for a single property). These values are published with a \t or the tab character. This approach makes it easy to take the values from the selections and place them in a table on the target end. method in the full source provided in the next section, Notes View container class implementation
