If you selected to have the IBM
® Support Assistant output uploaded to the Client Management Server, you can find a link to the output in the task status when it completes.
The output can also be accessed from the client inventory by selecting Expeditor Client Management > Client > client_id > Retrieved Files
. This will provide a link to the output file which can be downloaded to the computer where you are accessing the administrative console.
Support Assistant output is stored in the Client Management server database. In order to prevent unnecessary growth in the size of the database you should delete the output once you are finished using it or have downloaded it to another machine. You can delete the output for all clients by deleting the task or for a single client by going to Expeditor Client Management > Client > client_id > Retrieved Files
