These actions can help you troubleshoot any problems that your applications experience with DB2
® mobile database, or the errors that are reported when you use DB2eCLP.
- When you encounter a problem while using DB2eCLP, you see the SQLSTATE or error code returned by DB2 Everyplace mobile database on the screen.
- When your application experiences problems with the mobile database:
- Refer to Diagnostic data for the DB2 Everyplace mobile database, and collect the diagnostic data related to your application.
- Modify your application accordingly.
If the checklist does not guide you to resolution, you can collect additional diagnostic data that is required for IBM
® Support to effectively troubleshoot the problem.
