In this demonstration we see how the manager of an electronics retail store uses Lotus Forms Turbo to quickly build and send a mobile device survey to their existing clients in order to understand what features they are most interested in. A better understanding of their customer's needs helps the retail store to quickly respond to market trends and bring in the most desired products. Not only does this help the store be more competitive and successful, but it results in strengthened customer relationships.

The sample kit includes a flash demo, sample script and fully featured sample forms. Click here to download the sample kit. Lotus Forms Viewer 3.0.1 or higher is required to view the demo forms.

(Note that you may need to log in to your My IBM or developerWorks profile to access the sample.)

The following video is included in the sample pack. It compares how Lotus Forms will streamline your old processes, save you time and money, and help you find the right candidate for the job.
