IBM Forms Designer overviewAdded by IBM on January 17, 2014 | Version 1 (Original)
|The Designer is a WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) design tool that allows you to build forms by dragging and dropping items from a palette of choices. New form designers can easily build forms by arranging items on a page.
Advanced form designers can build forms through the drag-and-drop method, or by hand writing code in the Source view of the Advanced Designer perspective. Once you have built your form, you can preview it using either the IBM
® Forms Viewer or IBM
Forms Server – Webform Server. If you have existing paper forms, you can easily recreate them using the Designer, and the Designer can also convert forms from other formats, such as PDF. See What's new in the Designer
for a list of new features and upgrades.
