Marking data public to trigger workflow decisions
Form items that are marked as "Public"
can be mapped to tasks used in a workflow system.
Save forms with .xfdd extension
form must have an extension of .xfdd in order to be imported into FileNet
. A form with any other extension cannot be imported into FileNet
