When creating a new LotusLive Notes client installation, the id file is not being pulled down to the workstation (accessing the account through a web browser (DWA) works without error). I am running a Notes 8.5.2 Standard install on Windows 7. The installation process works well until the near final part of the installation when after the client restart, this error is seen in the log and on the status bar:
Server mail9/SIG reported the following problem causing authentication to fail: Your account is locked out; see your system administrator to reset it
Nowithstanding this, I believe the problem is because the LL id has not been downloaded. Please note that the connection document in the users personal address book has the LLNProtect field added with the text value of "1." Additionally, the IBM supplied widget which ensures the Notes client (port 1352) call goes to the local internet firewall has also been installed.
