Hi all,

1. How to Archive older mails in SC Mailbox? Who can do it, The User / Admin or have to contact IBM for doing it?

2. In 100 subscriptions, 5 users need more mailbox memory i.e >25Gb. How to? Can IBM provide?

Re: Archiving older mails

Please see the responses below:

1)  Users can perform local archiving of their mail databases through the Notes client.

Also, there is an additional subscription, Archive Essentials, that may provide additional features for Admins in archiving and reviewing mail within the service.

Please refer to the following link for more information on Archive Essentials:

2)  It is not possible to exceed the 25 GB mail quota.

Please refer to the following link for more information on the Mail quota within the service:

Thanks

Thanks for those links Raymond.

What to do next when the mail quota exceeds? If, have to inform the support, what will they do?

Also pls look at my other question in this forum Archiving and memory.
