Hi

Iam not able to setup an ldap connection, iam following this

https://apps.na.collabserv.com/help/index.jsp?topic=%2Fcom.ibm.cloud.inotes.doc%2Ft_setting_up_LDAP.html

  1. Server: ldap-usw.mail.na.collabserv.com
  2. Search filter: ou=contact
  3. Mailaddress
  4. ssl 636

I do get a respons from the server that the ou is contacts, but the user in not able to login. I have tried another user same error.

I can login to the portal and inotes with this user.

Imap is working for the user.

Iam trying to use Ldapbrowser 4.5 and da.nsf.

How can i proceed?

ldap

Hi

Sorry to say but it does not work.

I do get a respons and i can telnet the server but not use my credentials.  The credentials have been verified to login in to inotes and also use imap.

But for ldap its no no no.

Do I have to create a ticket for this?

Error Code 24 - Incorrect DN

Hello,

I am getting back a "error code 34 - Incorrect DN Given"  When I try to log in.

My settings are:

ldaps://ldap-usw.mail.na.collabserv.com:636/ou=contact"

I am using my email address for the user name and my email password as the password.

I must be missing something,

Thanks,

Paul
