Support Feedback? Looking for customer experiences

Can any current customers comment on the quality of the support you've received from LotusLive for day to day issues?  We're investigating the idea of moving to LL in a hybrid environment.  Currently, our support is in-house, and it's relatively speedy.
 
I would also be interested in hearing any other pros/cons of your experiences migrating to LL or utilizing the service post-implementation.  Thanks!

We are using the LL service in a hybrid environment currently, and from a support standpoint IBM gets high marks in most areas save for two - RCA & resolution. When we've had issues with the LL Traveler service, I have not been able to acquire from the support team exactly what was the problem and what was done to prevent future occurrences. These are very important pieces of information that my management expect from our IT organization whenever there is a fault with our in-house systems, but I have not been able to get this info from IBM whenever there has been an issue with their LL service.

 For me the support experience has been most unimpressive.
 
Its been just over a week now and they have been unable to resolve what I consider  to be a really simple issue. 
 
I want to add traveler to my subscription - shouldn't be hard at all should it? 
 
Seriously considering canceling and hosting all my own servers
