Documents fail to be listed in search results.
Update the setting located within [PortalServer_Root]\shared\app\convertors.xml.
The value is in seconds (zero indicates an unlimited timeout). This setting
has allowed unpreventable file conversion problems to not inhibit the indexing
process. The Quickr server may encounter difficulty indexing some file
types; however, the configuration change seen above will allow the search
feature to continue to index the content despite localized file conversion
failures. If the following errors are seen, the value should be increased.

This is caused by PK55493 not being configured correctly.
This should be fixed by running the following command on the Quickr server.
WPSConfig.bat apply-pk55493
When using the Add Link feature of the rich text editor,
no link is placed in the editor.
