Finding help within a connector
Each of the connectors provides help that you can access while using desktop applications.
Get help for the place connector within Lotus Notes
While using the place connector for Lotus Notes:
- Click Help.
- Click Place connector for IBM Lotus Notes.
Get help for the place connector within Lotus Sametime
While using the place connector for Lotus Sametime:
- Click Help.
- Click Help Topics.
- In the help window, click Place connector for IBM Lotus Sametime.
Get help for the place connector within Microsoft Office applications
While using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint or Excel:
- Click Places in the application's menu bar.
- Click Help.
Get help for the place connector within Microsoft Windows Explorer
- With the Places folder selected in Windows Explorer, click Help in the menu bar.
- Click Places Help.

While using Lotus Symphony:
