Working with place statistics

Administrators can use Statistics in Places Administration to display or download a variety of statistics about all places on the server.

About this task

Perform these steps to download the statistics:

Procedure

1. From Places Administration, click Statistics.
2. To download the statistics click Download Statistics.
   1. Enter the time frame you want to download.
   2. Click OK.
      

Results

The data in this spreadsheet represents cumulative, server-wide daily statistics for all places (not statistics for a single place):

• Total number of Managers
• Total number of Editors
• Total number of Readers
• Total number of place owners
• Total number of places
• Total number of locked places
• Total number of alerted places
• Size of all places
• The place with the most documents
• Total number of Templates
• The most used template
• Total number of documents
• Total number of attachments
• Total number of new documents have created today
• Total number of times documents have been read
• Total number of times documents have been updated
• Total number of new custom forms
