Upgrading from Lotus QuickPlace to Lotus Quickr 8.1

Here are some pointers to existing documentation on upgrading in the IBM Lotus Quickr information center.
Note: Refer to Installing Lotus Quickr services on Lotus Domino to see the hardware and software requirements for the supported operating systems and required installation steps.

1.        Upgrade to Lotus Quickr 8.0 details all the tasks you need to perform to upgrade from a Lotus QuickPlace 6.5.1 or 7.0 implementation.
2.        Updating integration features after upgrading to Quickr 8.0 details steps to update awareness and instant messaging integration.
3.        Upgrade to Lotus Quickr 8.1 provides a few additional steps required to upgrade from version 8.0 to 8.1 of Lotus Quickr services for Lotus Domino. You cannot upgrade directly to Lotus Quickr 8.1 from Lotus QuickPlace 6.5.1 or 7.0. You need to upgrade to Lotus Quickr 8.0 first.
4.        Plan and configure your Lotus Quickr 8.1 implementation.
