Continuation of the review of roles in Lotus Quickr services for WebSphere Portal

Abstract:
 This article provides a deep dive into the user roles shipped with Lotus Quickr services for WebSphere Portal.  Included are screen captures of the user interface (UI) for the welcome page and each of the nine Lotus Quickr components shipped with Lotus Quickr with respect to the four Lotus Quickr roles with the default settings.  The purpose of this article is to guide customers who are adopting Lotus Quickr services for WebSphere Portal and need to map or plan user roles.

Project tasks Component

A project task list is used to store a set of tasks relating to a team or project.  The items that appear on the project tasks component are determined by the user’s role.  Here is a screen capture of the project tasks component:

The project tasks component is built based upon the role of the logged in user in the place in which the project tasks resides.  The following table denotes with an X which items will appear based on the user’s role:
