As an administrator you can click Place Administration
in the footer of a place to access Place Administration. You can also link directly to Place Administration using the following URL: http://your_quickr_server/LotusQuickr/lotusquickr/Admin.nsf/index.htm?Open
Working with places
From Places, you can assign policies, view summaries, lock and unlock places, send mail to place managers or members, print the places catalog, and subscribe to the places feed.
Working with templates
From Templates in Place Administration, you can assign policies to templates, print the templates catalog, and subscribe to the templates feed.
A policy is a collection of settings that influences the behavior of a Lotus® Quickr™ resource and the experience that users will have when working with the resource. From Policies, you can create, edit, and delete policies, print the policies catalog, and subscribe to the policies feed.
Working with place statistics
Administrators can use Statistics in Places Administration to display or download a variety of statistics about all places on the server.
