You can modify theme attributes in the qpconfig.xml file to enable or prevent certain themes from displaying on the Customize page when users are in the process of creating a new place or customizing an existing place.
Before you begin
You can suppress older or unused themes and allow certain themes to be available for selection by creators of places.
About this task
This task assumes you have created and use a qpconfig.xml file derived from the qpconfig_sample.xml file delivered with this version of Lotus® Quickr™ . If you have an existing qpconfig.xml file, copy and paste the <themes> section from the qpconfig_sample.xml file into your working qpconfig.xml.
- Open your qpconfig.xml file in your preferred text editor and locate the <themes> section.
- You can either:
Be sure to save the edits you made to the qpconfig.xml file.
- Set the restrict_choices attribute value to true to enable users to select from a limited list of themes on the Choose a Theme page.
- Set the restrict_choices attribute value to false if you want all themes to be available for user selection.
The following sample (enclosed within the Start/End of Sample section) shows only the Quickr Standard Theme selected to appear on the Choose a Theme page.
