If your directory has nested groups -- groups within groups -- that contain the names of IBM® Lotus® Quickr™ users, use a notes.ini file setting to allow searches of the nested groups.
About this task
Perform the following steps:
- Open the notes.ini file in the server's data directory.
- Add the following line to the notes.ini file:
represents the number of levels of groups the server can search. By default the level is 1, meaning that the server doesn't search nested groups.
Specifying a value much larger than needed can degrade LDAP lookup performance.
- Make sure to leave a blank line at the end of the file, and then close and save the file.
- Enter the following command at the server console to restart the server so the change takes effect:
