Core module 5.0 Windows 2000

Hi,

this question relates to Learningspace 5.01

I have recently ugraded From Windows NT 4 SP6 to
Windows 2000 server SP3, since the upgrade all reports with a .rpt(crystal Reports) extension return the "Unable to process report query." error message. I have noticed in the intenet information server console the following application mapping exist for the learningspace5 directory:
for .cri files :C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\LearningSpace4\Seagate Crystal Reports\crimage.dll
for .rpt files:
C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\LearningSpace4\Seagate Crystal Reports\crweb.dll

My learningspace core server files are installed on the f:\Inetpub\wwwroot\LearningSpace5\
directory.

SHOULD THESE MAPPINGS EVEN EXIST?

I find this to be extremely odd because i didn't upgrade from version 4, I did a "CLEAN" install from ver 5.01.

I had also hoped that patch S would fix this problem but it didn't.......

I have tested this with netscape 7, and ver 4.6
and internet explorer 5.5 and ver 6. I do not think that this is browser issue, it must be something on the server.

PLEASE ASSIST.

Regards,
Leon Van Zyl
