I installed LearningSpace Core module 5.01, i can not use the administrator interface or student interface, it display an error message "Cannot connect to the database. Contact your system administrator":(
my os is windows 2000 server not advanced server.
My database is db2 7.2 enterprise,
I use db2level system will display -- DB21085I Instance "DB2" uses DB2 code release "SQL07026" with level identifier.
"03070105" and informational tokens "DB2 v7.1.0.72", "n021110" and "WR21314".
I installed the microsft MDAC 2.7. but i use 'MDAC Utility: Component Checker' to check my system, it will report an error:
Item Name: msjtes40.dll
Item Type: File
ErrorString: Field 'FileVersion' mismatch Expect '4.00.2927.8'Got '4.00.5914.0'
Status: Error.
My MS java vm version is 5.0.3809.0(right click the msjava.dll, and view its version information).
I created a System DSN, and i can connect the database i created use database client, and when i install the LearningSpace system create table and data correctly no any error.
I looked up the old message in this forum, but i can not correct the error.
By the way, I install LearningSpace by win2k terminal service client and did not stop the virus scan software, the install guide told me do not remote install it and stop the virus scan software, i don't believe it can impact my installation.:(
what can i do? somebody help me?
