Authoring Client All Releases All Platforms

I have problems with LWCL Authoring Tool (AT) Version 2.5.0 . We need this tool for building courses (structure) for use in LWCL, but we don't need this tool for making content. We have existing content and we need to link this content to a course structure in AT. For this we use items "link to existing content", but we have problems with it. After building the course and installing it into LWCL, students are not able to see learning content of individual tree items. Content of the first item, which we built, is shown as learning content of each items in course tree.
We use this:

Resources:
-Corse content (external) - structure of folders and files (*.html, pictures etc)
-Authoring Tool (AT) Version 2.5.0

Sequence:

1)Create a new course with AT (define folder)

2)Build the course tree in AT (tree has topics and items "link to existing content")

3)Link an existing content to items:

3a)select HTML file corresponding with the first item in the tree (by button <Select> in dialogue Launch and Add Content to Course), changing path to file

3b)for the first item only: select item Select a Content Directory in dialogue and selecting directory with course files by button <Select> (AT copies selected folder into structure of course defined in step 1 to folder "resources" as "resource_1")

3c)for all other items of course tree select HTML files (now is target in subfolders of folder resource_1)

3c-1) no directory copying

3c-2)in items Save to in dialogue select ".\Resources\resource_1", but AT doesn't do it - AT builds a new directory ..resource_2 .._3, .._4 and copies HTML file into this new directory (with structure of subfolders)

3c-3) for result of 3c-2) (wrong resource destination) we edit each items of course tree again and modify (copy path to file "launch File Path" from top of dialogue to the same item in the middle of dialogue and selecting item "Save to" .\Resources\resource_1) - now is link OK, because target of all items is in ..resource_1

4)Course is OK, in Preview is all items visible, all items are in resource_1 (by status bar of web browser)

5)create zip package, importing to LWCL, all is OK

6)when students use this course, LWCL shows for all items in course tree the first item (item was create in step 3)a)

-We don't know why??

-How we can see content of other items in course tree?

-Is sequence OK?

-Can we use AT for building only course structure for existing content?

Can you help me?
Thank you for your answers.
