First, make sure you're logged in as someone who has sufficient rights to do this. Then, go to Course Catalog, then select 'Manage Offerings Catalog'. Browse to the course you want to move, then click on the notebook icon next to it. Click the copy button and select the subfolder you want to copy it into. After this, delete the one in the parent folder. So far as I know there's not a way to copy more than one at a time. If you figure out a way to do that, let me know. Hope this helps; let me know.
