I am quite new to domino design, so my apologies in advance if this is a stupid/ignorant question :-)
I am trying to modify a database that is used to log tickets for customers that ring a helpdesk. In the 'New call' form, I need to display a Doc Link (in a Rich text field) which is computed based on the chosen customer account.
I know how to do this with plain text (dblookup on a view), but rich text fields don't display in views as you know.
So, if the Customer Service Representative chooses 'NTL' as the account, how do I get the form to show a doc link associated with this NTL account? (Oh, and the doc link is in another DB).
