Use Duplicate Formatting to apply the properties of one object to another object or to multiple objects in a quick way.

You can use this function in IBM® Lotus® Symphony™ Documents, IBM Lotus Symphony Spreadsheets and IBM Lotus Symphony Presentations.

In Lotus Symphony Documents, the object can be any character, word, line or paragraph.
In Lotus Symphony Spreadsheets, the object refers to a cell or a range of cells.
In Lotus Symphony Presentations, the examples of the object can be text box, rectangle, ellipse, and text inside these objects.

To access this command...
File menu -> Edit -> Duplicate Formatting

or

"Duplicate Formatting" button on Toolbar (You can double click the button for continuous use)

Note: If you can't see the button on toolbar, please make sure file menu View -> Toolbar -> Main is selected.
