Sometime, when you are sending the merged documents as mail through Symphony mail merge function, you may encounter a problem:

The reason of this problem may be: You Notes location's configuration is not correct, you can check your Notes location using following steps:
1. Click the "Edit Locations..." to edit the location you are using:

2. Check your mail server is correct:

3. Then check your mail file is correct too:
After the Notes location configuration is corrected, then you can restart Symphony, and try the mail merge function again.
