Developing the information you need to leverage Lotus products

We're looking for your ideas about improving the information we provide for the WebSphere Dashboard Framework sample applications. Here are some things we're wondering about...

When you start to learn a new development tool, do you look at the sample applications provided? Is there documentation that would help you make the most of sample code provided with the software? Do you like to read about how the application works from a user's perspective or its underlying architecture? Or do you learn only by running the sample application and experimenting with its code yourself? What information format helps you most - text, pictures, multi-media?

We'd like to hear from you!
