So in foreach, it is supposed to substitute something from the outer, and plug it into the URL for the inner (which is theoretically parameterized) and voila, something different happens for every outer. But what if you do not want something different to happen for every outer, i.e. either a parameter does not exist for the inner, or you are choosing not to use that parameter. Can we do something? Yes, open up the "Show URL parameters" for the inner, and pick any parameter (let me assume that you find a parameter, say path6 which is set at 32). All you have to do is to ensure that a value 32 exists in your outer (for example by doing a transform operator before the foreach for the outer). And then you can specify path6 to be joined with that 32 bearing element in the outer, and you are all set.
As an example, look at my post on http://www-10.lotus.com/ldd/mashupswiki.nsf/dx/06292008095647PMWEB4B4.htm
on creating one constant element that is viewable in data viewer in lotus mashups. now you can view as many copies of that data element by for example using a spreadsheet with "n" rows, each row containing the constant such as 32 or whatever from the previous paragraph.
