You configure the Content List widget to indicate how documents listed in the widget are to be retrieved. Optionally, you can configure the widget to add custom actions to the pop-up menu.

About this task

To configure the Content List widget, you must
  • Own the page that the Content List widget is on or have permission to edit the page.
  • Have Workplace XT permissions to log in and start actions
    • Configuring the list of documents : ECM Widgets 4.5.2.1
      You configure the Content List widget to indicate how the widget retrieves the list of documents that are to be displayed.

      Customizing widget pop-up menus
      You can customize the pop-up menu for the Content List widget or In-basket widget by adding actions.
