This topic describes how to restore your users' palette to the original one shipped with Mashup Center. This task is useful when you want to delete a custom global palette and replace it with the original one that is defined by the catalog XML files that are shipped with the product.
Before you begin
Before you begin, be sure that the Mashup Center server is running.
To restore the default palette for users, do the following steps:
- Log on to Mashup Center as an administrator, for example using the following URL: http://companyname.com:9081/mum/enabler.
- In the URL, replace /mum/enabler with /mum/osgi/defaultPaletteReset, and press the Enter key on your keyboard.
You should see a status message telling you that the task completed successfully.
- Restart the Mashup Center server.
Now, when users log on to Mashup Center the next time, their palettes will be reset to the default settings. This means that they will need to redo any changes that they made to the palette before you completed this task.
