A page is a collection of widgets. The widgets on a page are typically associated with a particular task or set of tasks.
Pages are also referred to as mashup pages. In a mashup environment, a page consists of a layout, widget configurations, and the flow of events between widgets. The flow of events is the wiring between the widgets.
Pages are grouped in a space. Each page in a space can contain one or more widgets that are configured to perform business tasks.
Step processor pages
A step processor page is a special type of page that enable users to create and complete work items in a workflow. IBM® ECM Widgets includes a set of Step Processor widgets that you can use on step processor pages.
If you use IBM ECM Widgets with IBM FileNet® eForms for P8, there are several methods that you can use to provide step processor pages to users:
- Use eForms Designer to create a complete step processor
- Use the Work Data eForms widget to display an eForms template on a step processor page
