Information to be displayed by MashupHub to represent the plug-in selection lists should be included in one or more plugin.properties
There should be one file for each language for which you provide translated strings. The file containing English strings is called plugin.properties
. All others are named plugin_xx.properties
, where xx
is the two-character locale code for the language. For example, the file for German messages would be plugin_de.properties
The file contains two properties, whose names are defined by the plug-in provider in the plugin.xml file:
editor.name The name of the object or source handled by the editor extension.
editor.description A one-line description of what the editor extension does.
editor.name = My new feed source
editor.description = Create a feed from my new feed source
In the plugin.xml file, prefix the above property names with the percent sign (%) in the editor extension's name and in the description attribute. For example:
Parent topic: Plugin packaging: imc3
