Yes, as you stated, the traps are defined in Table 1 of the infocenter.

Yes, it will cover all traps stated in the infocenter. You may wish to remove the "warning" logging level if there are too many traps being sent out.

Should only need the IP address of the SNMP server. Wish I could post a screenshot here, but I don't think I can. The SNMP traps can be enabled as follows:
1) Login with the Gatekeeper
2) Right-Click on Connection Manager, Properties
3) Click on "External Event Logging" Tab.
