I have a two weeks old Nokia E72, with Lotus Traveler installed. Initial setup and sync was easy-peasy, but approx once a day Traveler stops syncing. This usually happens during night, but it has also occured during normal working hours.
Selecting Menu - Programs - Lotus Traveler, I get the following error message:
Error: Connection error with server server.example.com(*) port 80.
Device is up-to-date as of 27.01.2010 22:00.
* The real server name has been changed.
Restarting the phone is the only way to get Traveler to sync again. Battery threshold is 20% but the battery is fully charged. Memory level is OK. The server is up and running, as everyone else can sync their non-E72 phones without problems.
Also, the Traveler drains my batteries like I have never seen before. From 100% to automatic shutdown in just over 24 hrs. Is this normal behaviour?
