Hello,
Need help, if I may..... I am a remote Domino admin for a company 450 miles away. They have several Domino servers, one for mail, Quickr, Traveler, etc.. Due to their business, they need secure / encrypted access to their DWA on port 80 or some other port (port 443 is used by their Quickr). So naturally I turned to LMC. I cannot install LMC on their network, so I thought of putting it on my network and somehow port forward or redirect to DWA on their site.
Parameters - Site A - my remote site where I will install LMC. Site B - their site with DWA.
So, their company's home-based worker (using a Mac - I don't even know if the LMC has a Mac client) would be directed to my Site A, and would be rerouted to Site B DWA to log in on some port. This is my plan.
I was told that this would work, but I would need a "connection" between my site, Site A, and Site B... How does one do this? Do I have to build a proxy server with SSL for the connection, or how does this work?
Or...... can a quickly set up Domino server at my site A and redirect to Site B?
I just don't know how to go about this.
Thanks for any help.
Gary
