Not rude at all. IT in general. I'm too tired of fighting the same battles for the last 13 years. Users with unrealistic expectations set by managers playing political games possessing virtually zero knowledge working for executives with short-sighted objectives and no awareness of costs. I just can't do that anymore. If I change gears, even if I'm dealing with the same hierarchy of mess, at least the fights will *seem* new.
