Did Lotus address this issue yet? The users in our office have been experiencing this issue with the nfileret.exe process hanging. This will cause the users to get "An was encountered while opening a window" error. The only way to correct it is to run killnotes or end the nfileret.exe process. Does the Lotus programmers look at this forum or should I just contact Lotus support?
