Your timezone setting is different from your operating system's current one.
you can change your timezone setting by going to the calendar section in the preference dialog.
I'm getting this error on our Mac Clients and Linux Clients using Firefox.
Windoze seems to be ok.
I have looked at some of the lotus documents but this seems to be an issue with anything but windows.
