Hello!
Some users couldn't change their internet password using link
http://ip-address/names.nsf?ChangePassword (You are not authorized to submit password change requests. Contact your Administrator for more information) but other users haven't that issue. I search policy and settings document and found no options disabling this ability to change password.
My question is how i can enable ability to change password through web (using this link)
