Archiving tips
1) Make sure that every time you are creating a new archive it must be a new *.nsf file .do not map the archive path to the existing *.nsf file.
2) Please do check regularly the archive size, make sure that it is not crossing more than 2 GB.
3) Always save the archive mails in c\notes\data\archive directory to make sure that all the archive are in perfect place.
