Hello forum readers,
I would be much appreciated if you could advise on the following issue:
One of our customer has installed Lotus Easy Sync Pro v4.2.4
on Win2000 SP4 Intel PC with Notes client v5.0.8 and uses QTEK
PDA Device Model S200 with Windows Mobile 5 installed.
He reported that during EasySync Pro synchronization (with Qtek S200) a problem appears similar to:
"Unable to complete setup program this is not vallid setup file."
Does anybody has any similar experience?
Is Qtek S200 PDA device supported by EasySyncPro v4.2.4;
Is this problem related to Active Sync? or Notes v5.0.8 should be blamed?
