For those who are going to Lotusphere, you can now get session time and information on the Lotus website. (For those who are not, why not?).
Every year people gripe about getting the Lotusphere session information in accessible (read: synchable with my Palm Pilot or other PDA) formats, I have completed the first version of my ninth annual labor of love and converted the sessions to a db, but it is good for much more than just PDA synching. There are fun bells and whistles to make the database useful for planning purposes as well. The Turtle Partnership has also provided a Blackberry version, and has an iPhone version almost ready.
Note: this year, the database starts with all BOF and break session the information in place, including repeats scheduled thus far. But it is worth coming back and watching for future releases, as some of the fun is yet to come. You can also replicate the database if you don't want to download again next time we make changes. There is a handy button inside the sessions db itself for that.
By the way, if you choose to use the db to do some exciting and cool app, be sure to let me know so I can mention it on the web page. I love to give credit, and think of how many people will see your cool app. More than 4400 Lotusphere attendees downloaded the sessions db last year, and that doesn't count people who got it from a friend. Don't be left out - get your free Lotusphere sessions db today.
